Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I had purchased a premium bouquet and received a standard arrangement. I called and was told that they had made a mistake, for which they apologized. I was then sent the premium bouquet, which was truly spectacular! I felt like I received great value for my money. I would absolutely recommend this flower stone to anyone in the area, and will continue to use them for all special future flower purchases. ---- Florist's Response: Thank you it so nice to work with you.
